In her podcast series, Alex gives intriguing women a platform, to share their wisdom on various topics through intimate interviews. Just like her poems and books, the topics are mainly focused on self-care, sisterhood and identity. A wide range of life-lessons can be learned by listening to the honesty and courage of the women Alex interviews. 

 

2. SuperSoul Conversations’ by Oprah Winfrey

The queen of the queens is still going strong! In her SuperSoul Conversations, Oprah interviews successful experts in different fields on topics which concern the ‘soul’. From interviews with teachers and authors to church pastors, Oprah never fails to provide us with some new soul food. All guests are personally selected by the queen herself. For this show and podcast, she chooses to shine a light on many different perspectives and views on what it means to be alive in today’s society.
